These apartments are being coverted into condos so we are moving out in June. Very nice, clean and quiet place to live. We didn't have any problem with the roofing work or anything else. They have been working during the weekday business hours so I guess if your at home all day it would be bothersome, but we received notice that the work was going to happen. Hopefully our next apartment will be just as nice!! Thanks!
