I would first like to start off by saying that the apartments here are very nice. The appliances were up to date and the living space is very spacious. The maintenance people are very nice and have been quick to come if there was ever anything wrong. The office staff was very nice when I first moved in, they have become a little less as some have left and have moved on. When the complex was full, parking was horrible if you had more than one car per household!! Unfortunately, they are turning our apartments into condos and we are forced to move. There were workers working on the apartment above us-the noise was unbelievable!! It sounded like they were throwing stuff around at 8:00am. After complaining about this twice, I was told that "they are men" and they might be a little loud. The roofing maintenance was nice, but not when you had to inhale foul tar smelling air walking outside. All in all it was a nice apartment when we moved in. The apartments themselves are really nice, but since they decided to turn them into condos there has been little respect for the residents who still have to live here until their lease is up.
