The apartment itself was all right but the staff was always extremely rude and unwilling to help. If you needed a question answered they were sure to let you know that they had much better things to do. The worst part is when moving out. $280 to repaint walls and several other unexplained charges. I recently moved out and got billed for a month of electricity when no residents were living in the apartment. I explained the situation to an employee over the phone and her response what that it was my responsibility. There were also some other annoyances. For example, there is only one parking space per apartment. It is sometimes difficult for you and visiters to find parking. Also, at one point the complex changed the locks on the pools, never informed the tennants, and required them to buy new keys. On top of all this, you can hear EVERYTHING!!! The windows don't block any noise so you hear every person walk by outside and you can hear everything the downstairs neighbors are doing. If you live here you best be a heavy sleeper. So, in conclusion, as long as you never need to contact the staff, you are a heavy sleeper and you don't mind hunting for a parking space every night, the apartment is a good place to live. However, they will rip you off in any way possible when you leave.
