I disagree with the comments on the office staff- they are so nice - I've lived here 4 years, and the property just has a name change and new owners. We are now call - "The Overlook at Pusch Ridge" and the new office staff is really great - they are improving so much! We are being painted new exterior colors right now! They've cleared the landscaping and we are not over grown any more! They re tiled the pool and added flagstone and they are building a NEW exercise room - and I heard they are adding a new business center - WHERE ELSE IN ORO VALLEY CAN YOU GET ALL NEW AMENTIES FOR $725. New price ( I pay less!) FOR A 2X2 1100 sq ft' I shopped around and Pusch Ridge was $759 for 920 sq ft and up to $849 for 990 sq ft!!!

The office staff IS great...at improving the complex so they can start charging even more to future residents. The others who have commented on the staff have mentioned problems that they had, where the office staff seemed indifferent, or uncaring. I have experienced the same. Also- the colors they painted the exteriors remind me of something that comes out of both ends of a baby. Just my opinion.
