I had a bee problem for the two years that I lived there and the office never did anything to get rid of the problem. I had bees coming in to my apartment from the light fixture in the kitchen and the walls. I complained numerous times and nothing was done, I even told them I had a newborn baby, but it still didn't make a difference. The staff was rude and it seemed every time I called no one answered. I later found out that the staff was making personal calls. They raised the rent really high from when I first moved in and honestly the apartments are not worth it.
