I'm grateful I only had to live there 6 months. When I moved into the complex in mid-summer 2007, it was quiet and there were few disturbances. That changed quickly to the near-disaster they have now. I'm not sure how many times the OVPD visited the complex while I was there, but I counted 5 times for my building alone. Parties and vehicle vandalism were common occurrences. Never used the pool or the hot tub, and don't try to bring a second vehicle. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

Exactly! If anyone is reading this review, you only need to read a few others to sense a common theme here. No parking is chief among them. Also, mid summer is when the new management took over. Need I say more?
