Be very careful if you live here. When you move out, even if the apartment is left spotless they will charge way too much money claiming it was dirty. On top of that they will double charge you for your water and trash and make up other charges. Completely dishonest and the staff has different stories among themselves and are not helpfull at all.

Exactly! My review tells a similar story. I took the management company to small claims court to dispute what they claimed we "owed them" when we moved out. My husband and I won our claim. Anyone else who gets stung by these people; if you are sure you are in the right... fight them in court!

We, unfortunately, recently moved here, and it's the biggest regret ever! Can anyone please tell me how to telephone the Prime Group, owners of this place? I totally agree with you parking sucks but there has been alot of changes and things are getting done better and faster. At first I was kind of dissapointed but everything that I have ask the office to due, they did and there has been more communication since sometimes I felt like non of call were being return. I really like it here and I am actualy ready to sign another lease. So I would definately recommended.
