I am moving out next month. I knew people that lived here and they all
moved out. My license plate was stolen, my car was broken into, (for a pack of cigarettes). Two of my nieghbors had their CD players stolen. I always see cops blocking the entrance ways. My A/C broke, and they told me I was crazy, they hung-up on me when I called to let them know, the office girl came to my apartment and insulted my girlfriend. After all that, it took over a month to fix..It is over 100 degrees out people..the apartment reached over 90 degrees. They gave me no other A/C unit, no fan, nothing but thier words...CRAP!! If you don't care about parking (lack there of), or getting help from the office when you need it, theft, A/C problems, loud neighbors, cops being there all the time..then this one is for you!
PS.. when it rains you windows will leak..I guarentee it!..

I would have to disagree with you. I would like to thank everyone in the office I really enjoyed living here for the last two years. Unfortunetly due to job relocation I had to move. I will definately tell my friends that The Overlook is a great place to live.

Thank you, but no Thank You office staff. I really lived there and I'm telling everyone that this place is NOT GOOD! Bad office staff, bad living conditions, and did I mention Really Bad Office Staff--Jessica?
