I have lived at The Overlook for a little over a year. I have absolutely no complaints, management seems to be great. Maintenance issues are always taken care of very quickly and the thing i found most astonishing is that the walls are very thick and I never hear my neighbors! The price is great for Oro Valley and Ive never had any issues as far as car break ins which is great considering I drive a Nissa 350z that at other communities was targeted. All-in-all I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a NICE place to live while having a very affordable rent.
