Unbelieveable - I have lived here for over a year, and have a bad experience. I have read what others have wrote and they speak the truth. Maryann is very EVIL. She will do anything to charge you for everything. Gorgeous - These apartments are beyond large. My 2 bedroom 2 bath is 1180 sq ft. Gorgeous vaulted ceilings in the living room and windows everywhere! Very bright apartments. My back patio/deck was big enough for my BBQ and a table with 4 chairs. Master bedroom is actually a Master Suite with a sitting area and a little area to put a computer desk. Female Manager is really unfriendly, nit picking and down right unsocialable. She walks the grounds at night spying on residents thru open windows and if you complian about ANYTHING they evict you. Tenants do not like her. Other Manager Don is a Peach and will do anything to help.

Happy Resident I was placed on a waiting list before renting the apartment, however, the list went quickly and the manager called me in Texas and told me the apartment was mine. The manager sent me a picture of my apartment and every time I called the complex, I was told to hurry on
