I have lived here for almost a year and it is truly a very nice place to live. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful and I have never had a problem with any of my neighbors. This is definitely one of the best places I have lived. However, there is one bad thing that completely outweighs all the good. That being the early morning noise from the shopping center across the street. As early as 2:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday the noise coming from the trash and loading trucks is completely ridiculous. This is not just some minor street noise but some very loud constant banging. Even a hard sleeper will be awakened by it. With all the different stores, it continues on and off until at least 7:00 a.m. It has gotten so bad that I cannot even sleep in my own bedroom. I have to sleep in the second bedroom with all the doors closed in between. And even this gesture does not completely drown out the noise, it only makes it bearable. Although I am completely satisfied with the apartment complex itself, this one problem persuades me from renewing my lease. I would recommend living here, but PLEASE be AWARE of moving in the front. I think only two or three people who live up front have renewed their lease. All others have moved out. I would suggest being as far back from the front as possible, especially on the side were the shopping center is.
