not a bad place to transition

I moved here in transition to a more permanent home when I unexpectedly moved to Phoenix. I looked at a few different places, and decided this was the best for me. In looking at my options, this was pet friendly, reasonably quiet without seeming to have lots of loud kids, clean and neat, covered parking, affordable move in deal, and very nice office staff. While I have been mostly pleased since moving, it's not perfect. I had never planned on doing complex living and I must say it is not as bad as I feared--any problems, though there have only been a couple, are taken care of immediately. Since moving in, however, there seem to be more young kids than before. With the complex filling up, parking's not as convenient as before, something that could be fixed with assigned spaces. The worst part is not all pet owners are good about following the rules. Is it a place I would stay forever--not, but I can't picture staying in a complex at all. I do think it's a great value for what I'm paying, and very convenient to the metropolitan area.
