My lease expires in Febuary and I had planned to leave and move elsewhere because I was very unhappy here. It used to take weeks to have a mantaince request repaired, the staff was never friendly, and sometimes downright rude, and the residents-especially the awful kids (I just mean that there were certain kids that were awful, not all kids are awful) could get away with murder!
About 4 months ago the property became owned by Archstone! Thank god! It has been painted and looks great. The landscaping never looked better. The pool is going t obe heated. Best yet is the staff! They get things done the first time they are notified and they are always nice. It's nice when you walk into the leasing office and you're greeted with a smile. Everyone in the office seems to know all the residents names and apartment numbers.
The kids are suddenly behaving!
Problem residents have been evicted!
It is just turning into a much more appealing place to live. I will be renewing my lease in February!
