It's my first place since i moved to AZ about a year ago and even though i didn't really spent much time at my apartment nor did i endulge in the pool area, i would say that it's a good place to live.
Archstone has recently taken over the property and made some visual upgrades as well as customer service improvements.
I never had any issues with anyone or anything other than the cabinet drawers kept on breaking (it wans't because i forced them open or nothing like that), the rails where the drawers sit and are use to open and close are not very durable and well after breaking all of them i decided not to use them and re-arrange my belongings so that i wouldn't have to utilize them.
I would recommend living here.
