When I moved in everyone was so nice and helpful... but being nice doesn't make up for the problems I have been having with Archstone. They do not notify you if they are shutting off the water for maint. at all. Three times within one month they cut off my water for hours at a time. The parking is horrible, they have rules and assined parking, however people seem to park where they see fit. The pools are always dirty and they haven't fixed the spa sice I've been there. Kids run around unattended stealing people's property. Cars have been vandalized and set on FIRE! I walk past a porch every day to and from my car and the person allows their dog to go to the brathroom on the porch and lets it sit there for weeks. I myself have a dog and might of missed a pile when I was walking once or twice, but good Lord, clean it off!

Other than that I have great neighbors and overall the apartments are ok.
