This complex promises alot but doens't enforce their policies that are designed to keep this a safe and pleasant environment. Numerous complaints go unheeded and when you call the after hours emergency number you get an answering machine that is full. Security is not existant. If you want to party, this is the place. If you have a family, stay away. Just a note, the Peoria Police Department is quick to respond and pleasant to deal with.
