After a year of living here I do have to say this place has some flaws. I am not sure if other locations in the complex are better but I do know where we were WAS nothing like they said it would be.
When moving in we advised we wanted a not so loud area. Where we were placed was pretty much opposite.
Our top stairs neighbors started out being no problem to us at all. Well it by the 8th month there our top stairs neignbor sounded like she had gained 70 pounds with the weight of each step. The person that they have going there for noise complaints couldnt do anything other then warn them. After 3 weeks of complaining nothing was even done then.
We made management aware of MANY issues that were never addressed.
