Is it perfect' No. Is it close' So far, yes. I really like how large the apartments are and the one bedroom apt I have is laid out in a nice manner. As for safety, I like that each apartment has an intrusion alarm and that the security gates are pretty much always closed and you need a code to get in. The grounds are kept clean. The office staff is very helpful and do their best to help within the constraints of their job. Sarah is the best! One of the best parts of living here is that it is literally in the middle of the best developed part of the West Valley. ANYTHING you could need or want is within a mile or two. Perfect location.

this is a phony posting done by management, and so obvious too. I like the anonymous posting - if that doesn't gve it away already. And then - "staff does there best to help within the constraints of their job" - what legitimate poster would come up with a sentence like that. And by the way the security gates are open half the time so that pretty much seals the fact that this is a bogus posting by management.
