A/C was broken when we moved in in the hot summer months. They "fixed" it but it broke again a couple months later. The maintenance staff left a terrible mess in our apartment. In the process of fixing the A/C, a lot of water was leaking from the ceiling and soaking into the carpet. The mainenance staff saw this but did not care. Subsequently, I was left to find and use my own buckets to catch the dripping water and had to use many of my own towels to soak up the gross liquid that had soaked into the carpet. Now that it is winter, our heater does not work. We have complained several times about pools of water that form outside the shower. I suspect it may have turned into a mold issue inside the walls. The maintenance staff said they fixed the issue but we continue to have large puddles outside the shower. Also, this apartment complex is notorious for spending money on things the residents don't care about. They could just lower everyones' rent by a little instead of completely redoing the clubhouse (where people rarely go) or having prizes for those we decorate their patios the best for Christmas. We used to live in a complex far older than this one. However, we had way less maintenance issues. Also, the staff and maintenance personel there were far more responsive.

I totally agree. I feel the rent I pay here goes directly to idiots who have nothing better to do than sit in a newly renovated office/club-house gossiping about how annoying the residents are, all the while planning erroneous events that further waste my money. My maintainence experience was slightly different, however. A repair guy came to fix a broken ceiling fan and he did in fact fix it...But he was on his cell phone the whole time profaning with his buddy on the other line about his latest visit to the local Hooters. Now that's a class act.

You are right..I have problems with the dryer since I moved in 6 months ago and they still have not fixed the problem..terrible staff and terrible maintenance...
