I renewed my THIRD lease on May 1st -- although you never really know who lives next to you, above you, etc. -- I found out this weekend that I have VERY, VERY honest neighbors! My son was scheduled to stop by to pick up a very expensive Karaoke machine. He stated he was on his way but...I had to leave. I placed the Karaoke machine OUTSIDE my door (with all the wires, connections, etc.). I then jumped in my car hoping he would be there any second to pick up the machine. Little did I know that he got sidetracked and NEVER showed up! I arrived home TWO DAYS later and there it was....still sitting in the exact location I left it--wires and all!!!! The comfort I experienced knowing my neighbors and complex was SAFE and HONEST was very re-assuring!!! I've also noticed this type of honesty around the complex as well. I've seen children's bikes and toys left at our Tot Lot for hours, sometimes overnight and no one ever "takes them". It's nice to know that the Criminal Background Check this complex does is WORKING!!!! Thanks for renting to honest people who have regard for their neighbors.

Are you sure you are at Arrowhead Landing? It is a great place to live considering the location. All the restuarants, Harkins Theater, and Spring Training. But I have to disagree with you on maintenance. We have waited more than 24 hours to get things fixed or were told they would come back to finish and never did. When we first moved in things were fixed in under 24 hours. As far as safety, there has been a few vandalized vehicles. I know of "undesirables" that are still here. In my opinion this place was way better 2 years ago. But now you can even see on the ratings how far it has dropped. It used to be number 2 on the list. Am I going to keep renewing my lease. YES. My main point is that it is not as good as it could be. I feel with a tweak in office staff, maintenance, and landscaping/grounds this place could have a chance at being close to perfect.

I agree very much, and regarding the office staff I think it would be alot more pleasant without the blonde girl there, I forgot her name I think it starts with an "S", Sarah maybe? When moved out alittle more than a month ago and I stepped in dog dodo that was the last straw, I was happy to be out. I wouldn't recomend this apartment if you like to walk in grass, because there is alot of doggie mines, just waiting to get ya! But it is in a great location and with a few adjustments could be a great place to live.

It upsets me sooo much reading reviews regarding the Maintenance Team and/or the Management team. Both are amazingly professional and friendly--more important; ready and willing to HELP! For those of you who think "SARAH" is mean, part of the Rent Police, etc. --- she is quite the opposite. She is only doing her job. If you purchased something on your Mervyn's, Dillard's or even Wal-Mart charge cards -- they TOO would want their PAYMENTS ON TIME--EACH MONTH!!! But, what you don't know about her and the office staff is....when one of the tenants who was a Single-Mother with TWO KIDS had no choice but to leave, SARAH gave the single mom RIDES every weekend in her personal vehicle, helped her with storing her personal items and bought food the single Mom's two young girls -- all on her OWN TIME and paid for everything out of her OWN POCKET! If this doesn't show dedication by a member of your apartment complex staff; I don't know WHAT DOES????
