Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008

These apartments are cheap. The windows are very low quality and the weather stripping around the front door is crappy which causes debris and bugs to come in. Management/Maintenance has no sense of urgency when it comes to getting things fixed. One positive thing I can say is there are enough parking spots.
