A sad disappointment

I moved here from Chicago and was very pleased with the model they took me to when I signed the lease. They gave me an apartment with urine stained carpet that they swore was cleaned and the stains really meant nothing. Tile in the bathroom and kitchen that was stuck on with adhesive and quickly began to peel! The dryer has not worked in eight months and they refuse to fix it properly. The dishwasher has a foul water smell at all times and again the maintenence "just can't seem to fix it." My refridgerator stopped working in August (ice machine included) and they did not replace it. The model is almost 10 years old. The residents insist on blasting music at all hours and every day of the week. The other problem is a lack of security. They rarely close the gates to the main entrance, and even if they do, anyone can come in by foot. I worry about my safety most of the time. The upside is it is a great location for Spring Training and very close to Bell Road. If you can avoid it, please do. There are much better complexes in this area than Arrowhead Landing.
