I lived in these apartments for a year and recently moved into a house. I thoroughly enjoyed living here. The landscaping was always well maintained and the pool and tot lot were very nice additions to the facility. Before I moved out the staff had put a cover on the tot lot which I thought was nice too. There were times that I had to call out maintenance or leave complaints with the office staff, and they were always quick to respond and I was satisfied with the results. Upon moving out, I received close to my entire deposit. There wasn't a time that the office was not offering a great move in special and compared to my last apartment (North Mountain Village on 35th and TBird) the move in deposits and pet deposits were very low.
For the price you get a great apartment in a good location with lots of nearby entertainment and shopping and I would move there again if I ever have a desire to live in an apartment community again. BTW, I am NOT affiliated with the staff or the management company. My name is Nicole Smith and I DID live in unit #1006 for a year. I moved here from North Mountain Village which I would absolutely NOT recommend. After a year at NMV, Arrowhead Landings was a substantial move up.
