I moved in here in April, not a bad place. A friend of mine had lived here for a year and I moved in when he resigned his lease. All in all it is pretty nice. Maintenance staff is very slow at responding, you do have to call a few times to get anything done. Also, the pool is supposed to be heated, but it is just now warm enough to swim in. I feel we wasted about 2 months of use of the pool when they refused to heat the water after they resurfaced the pool. Pretty sad that on some very nice days in May the poolw as empty because the water was so cold. It should have been full of residents having fun. Parking is usually no problem, grounds are fairly clean. They do seem to allow pools of water accumualte in spots, so say hello to our friend West Nile virus this summer if they don't take care of that. I'd give it 7 out of 10.

I have to disagree.The maintenance is slow because they work so hard.I
mean, have you ever called them to come fix something and they said that they are busy we get back to you at a convenient time for us.They
say that because they are busy.Even though I don't like that complex, I have to disagree with what you are saying.

You can disagree at what ever you want that what why we have freedom of speech.
However you make no sense all of the comments on this site refelct how terriable the maintenace is.

I agree the maintenance is slow. I asked for a new filter for the air conditioning in July and I thought they had changed it. One day at home in October the maintenance person came with the filter and summer was almost over.
