the management is great while you live there but when you move out beware! Evidentally this property needs money soooo.... your contract will say how they will charge you for damage and repairs and it will say reasonable charges ha ha... trust me i just moved out and i was charged for things that were like that when i moved in and things that are normal wear and tear HA that does not apply even though it does state that on your contract.My apt. was cleaned better than when i moved in except for normal wear and tear and i had to pay almost 1000.00 dollars in charges that they considered not normal wear and tear. What a joke the joke is on us we have to pay it .

I'm moving out soon and I hope they don't pull that with me, I'm broke and can't imagine a $1000.00 bill. I will take them to court also. They have to allow normal wear and tear and I don't have a pet and hardly at home. The person before me or the maintenance crew put tape to hold one of the kitchen drawers together and I didn't see that until after 3 months of being here. I said this is a joke, but I forgot to mention it to the maintenance crew or the office. I think I better mention it. I also didn't see that the person before me had a dog as I was told by my neighber and had scratched up the rug and pee'd by one of the bathrooms. I didn't see that spot until months into the my lease. The 1st managers were mean. The new one Angie is nice, and I hope she stays that way.
