takes the maintenance forever to fix things women in the office are extremely RUDE!!! do not recomment to anyone

If maintenance is slow to respond it is because the office has not put in the work order. EVERY time I have put in a maintenace request and had no one show up I have got back to the office only to discover that they did not put in a work order. Blame the office not the maintenance! The manager Rebecca is very rude and horrid to work with. She is not consistant on anything be it paperwork or resident dealings. She has abasolutely no regard or respect for tenants. I think there would be a huge imrpovement under the right (another) manager.
