I moved into these apartments last year. I really like the apartments. But, I do have to say the management sucks!! They just got new management about a month ago, and if you ask for something it takes forever to get done. If you ask for a phone call back, they never do it. You have to call them to follow up and then they act like you have inconvinced them. It gets really frustrating. I love my apartment, but we could definately use different management. It would be nice to have people in there that actually care about their residents. Also, when we moved in we were assigned a covered parking space, when we went to park in it someone else was parked there. They double booked our parking spot and still to this day we do not have a covered parking spot. Dunlap & Magee Property Management Inc is the new management company and they are awful!! We really need a better management team.

Thanks for your input. I am moving my family there this month. I have to say I had no problems with them yet. Everyone was courteous. I guess I will see once we move in?
