It is true that Lake Pleasant Village has just gone through a management change, and regardless the attempt at a smooth transition, there are hurdles that need to be overcome. The new management company Dunlap and Magee is doing a great job at getting this community where it needs to be, yet it will take a little time to smooth out the rough edges to get it where it needs to be, to benefit the residents. I am part of the new management in the office and i would simply ask anyone looking to make Lake Pleasant Village their new home or already have, to give the new management a chance, including myself to show you what a great place this is to live. Patience will show you that this new management company cares and is here for you.
