I have been at this apartment complex since Aug05. I have never had any problem at this location. My kids have nice kids not ghetto kids to play with there is never any drama. It is a quiet place to live ,I don't feel threaten to walk to my apartment late at night. Maintence has always shown up in a timley manner to fix minor things in my apartment, like my closet clothes hanging bar, towel rack, caulking around my tubs spout and air conditionor filters. This is the best experience I have ever had in a lower income apartment complex. My apartment is like a two bedroom house and I am not embaressed to invite my friends and family to my home because the grounds are nice and so is my apartment. The Management team has always be nice and professional expecially the Management team that we have now Rebecca is the best Manager that I have come across she is all about her residence and bringing our community together she even plans events to bring us all together , like she got in touch with Park Ridge Elementry to bring tutoring to the office on Tuesday nights. She is having a Christmas party for all of us. She has also has a Photographer come out to take family photos in the office and you got an 8x10 free this is just some of the things she has done for our community. What other community that you have lived in that has done this for you.I plan on living here until I have saved enough money to buy my own home one day. Warm Regards, jhill
