I've lived in these apartments for over a year now with my now two year old son. Other than the fact that the walls are a little thin and I hear more than I'd like to, I am very pleased with the girls in the office. Any issue I've had, they have been prompt in getting it resolved to the best of their ability. I'd be interested to see how many of the comments on here are from residents that either...pay rent late...were evicted...are trouble makers...etc. I think speed bumps are a great idea but why the heck are you letting your kids run in the street...why aren't they being supervised. Sure we don't have security...but if you owned a house or were renting a house...would you have security there'' And yes it is a low income facility but I'm glad they raised the rent...maybe then the meth users and pot heads won't be able to afford it and will get the heck out. I give the girls Kuddos for putting up with some of the scum bags that come in and complain. You don't want your car getting broken into....then don't leave anything visible inside...have an alarm...or hey..worse case senario...MOVE OUT!!

Thanks girls for all you do!!

No longer too pleased with these apartments. Since Rebecca was let go do to slander on this website the complex has completely fallen apart and looks like ----!! There are windows that are broken, I've noticed them for about 6 weeks now. I was taking my garbage out the other night and there were 7 lights total I counted that were burnt out. I really enjoy walking to the dumpster in the dark. There is always sidewalk chalk all over. Rebecca's rule was have fun, but clean it up. I myself have a child and do sidewalk chalk....but we clean it up. That personal touch and pride is no longer there. I originally never felt as though I lived in government housing, and now I do. I'll be interested to see how much slander goes on while Patty is on maternity leave and see if someone tries to steal her job!! Hopefully whoever steals it knows what the hell they are doing and enforces the rules properly.

Looks like one of Rebecca's few friends are still here & upset for some reason about not being placed above us common people. That personal pride & touch you refer to was only applied to a select few. Looks like you might have fallen off the list. As for the rest of us, we are doing just fine, thank you, & Patty is leaps & bounds above what we had before. Maybe you should take your own advise.......worst case senario.........move out.

Anonymous with the child is correct. Rebecca did strictly adhere to the rules in regard to tenants. That is unless you were on her short list of preferred residents or her own children. There is an age limit for the children to be unattended at the pool & yet very often hers were there with no adult in sight. Anyone else's children were immediately ejected & the parents given a notice. Me being one of them. Her friend & fellow leasing person, Jennifer, had very unruly & destructive children & nothing was ever done about it. Once she made up her mind about you, there was no turning her back. I don't think facts are slander & I for one am happy not to have to deal with her again. Patty has been, up to this point, a most capable & pleasant manager when it comes to my issues & those of several other residents I have spoken to. I don't think anyone stole Rebecca's job as much as she failed to live up to the requirements of her job by treating her residents with any degree of respect. In life, you get out as much as you put in & she got just that. She is gone now & most of us residents are more than satisfied with this community & the fair, even way things are handeled. Move on.
