I have lived here for almost a year and have had nothing but a great experience. Rebecca is a very professional manager. So is maintenance. I have them out to fix things in my apartment the same day I called. They fix things in a very timely manner. It is not managements fault if residents don't have the curtosy to throw their trash where it belongs, in the trash, not outside. I think the people who do this should be fined. Shame on all of you that do this!

I agree the maintenance respond rather quickly except with my experience, they dont seem to get the memo to replace lighting that goes out. Building tens light on the actual wall has been out for nearly 3 weeks. It is really dark. The other lights near building nine and the parking lot are now working. Although took place during day,You think with Chase Bank being robbed, although took place during day,they would want more lighting in case they decide to jump our apt. fence again at night. As far as garbage left out, there are worse things like living here without the office knowing and having a criminal record of some sort.
