Whoa lake pleasant Village !!! I lived there some time ago and it appears that you present residents are realizing what we former residents also knew,If you had a conflict with the manager (R) and were not one of her chosen few LOOK OUT!!! I found her professionalism and people skills to be 2ND only to a fence post at best! I cant believe shes still manager there after the mass exodus out of there by people who were tired of her rude unprofessional behavior. Shes not even Leasing Agent material!From I"ve read on these reviews it sounds like a revolt is starting. Good, its time! I only hope that her supervisors are aware of whats going on so they can get rid of her and that community can once again be a nice and fun place to live.GOOD LUCK!!!

I have been around Lake Pleasant Village for over 3 years now and I have seen a big improvement in the property and the management. I have had occasion to deal with the office and maintenance staff and I have had only good experiences. Sounds like someone has a personal ax to grind. I think the property and staff are great!
