Like all the others, this place attracted me because of the beauty and amenities. But, once you move in, one is quick to realize the high turnover of the staff. I wonder why' I'm sure the tenant turnover would be just as high if not for the lease. I recently used the movie theatre and paid the $50 deposit. I left the movie theatre clean and returned the key the next morning about 10:00am. The management kept my $50 because I turned the key in an hour late. All they had to do was call. Apparently, this seems to be a secondary revenue source for management.
I was also threatened with a law suit because my rent was 3 days late. I was out of town until the 3rd because my sister was having a baby in Chicago. I forgot to prepay my rent and the staff acted very unprofessional with me when I tried to explain the situation. The management really cranks the screws on the paying tenants, but they don't hold themselves to the same level of scrutiny.
For instance, the door to the gym has been broken since I've been here and I've complained 4 times, but nothing has been done. Anyone can walk into the gym at night and they do, especially loud teenagers who like to drink in there. And they wonder why things get broken or stolen. Their reason for not locking the door is because the gym is 24 hours. That's a superb answer from someone with extrodinary intelligence similar to the front office staff. Maybe I should threaten to sue them because that is all they seem to do over there.
This is only the tip of the iceberg at this place. If you don't believe me, believe the 1.5 rating and the 90% rejection rate the other respondents have given.
DEFINITELY DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
