Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I have lived here for almost 1 year. When I 1st moved into my apartment I thought I was going to have problems. My carpet had stains on it and a couple problems with my water heater. Also, the leasing people didn't really seem like they knew what they were doing. But as soon as I told them about my carpet, they replaced it within about 4 days and the water heater was fixed instantly. Yeah, they have gone through alot of staff since I've lived here but I think they finally got it right. At least they didn't keep people working there that didn't have a clue. The staff now will bend over backwards to make sure the residents are happy. They even do a thing called Resident of the Week where they come to your work and bring you a basket of goodies. I know somebody here that was picked and she was so excited about it. Also, there is a guy named Jake that works in the office that would do anything for anyone of the residents here. There was this one time I was locked out of my apartment and I had called the office to see if they could help me out with a spare key. Well, it was about 5:45, the office closed at 6pm, and I was stuck in a traffic jam in downtown Phoenix. Jake said he would just stay late at the office until I got there and told me to just knock at the window. I was not able to get there until about 6:30 and he was still there waiting for me by himself. This may have been against their policy but he went over and above to help me out because he really does care about the residents. All of the staff is very helpful and I will most definately renew my lease next month because they really got it together.
