We rented this apartment for a year.....that was enough. After we moved out we had the carpet professionally cleaned from their PREFFERED VENDOR and cleaned the apt ourselves. We have now just received a letter from them stating we owe them $255.00 for carpet cleanup as there was A STAIN on the carpet and they had to replace the whole carpet in the guest bedroom. These people are just after your money.
