Before we moved here in May of 06, we looked at other locations. We were sure this was the one... thus it has been. Typically I hate throwing money away in rent. However, everyday I go to the pool, workout in the fitness center or walk down to play a game of pool; it's there. You get what you pay for. No place is going to be perfect... you can have issues no matter where you live. As for me, I appreciate everything. I could complain, but it does no justice. It's nice to know that when I come home from a stressfull work day, I can relax. The area is relitively quite for it's location. The location is awesome, just minutes away from everything. I enjoy the connection to the bike path and frequently rollerblade, run or cycle. The pool lets me feel as though I'm at a resort, everyday can be a minivacation. Provided by the Cares Team, we just had a 4th of July Celebration in the clubhouse. Free Subs and Ice Cream Sundaes! They're always doing great events, which not every place offers. My workouts are good, not paying for a membership or having to spend extra travel time; I love working out at 'home'! I've recently rented out the movie theatre as a surprise for my girlfriend, turned out magically! As a Hotel Manager here in Phoenix, I have a picky eye for aesthetics and customer service. With more grass and always being well maintained the property is beautiful! All in all, I won't say that living here has been the perfect utopia, but the good definately out weighs any bad! Which is why, we have chosen to even renew our lease for another year!
