First of all, it is quite apparent short cuts were taken in the building of the apartments - just look at the bathroom tiles, the lack of good soundproofing, the dips in the floor. What you don't know ahead of time is that - yes, they are a Qwest property - but you cannot do a bundle package with Qwest (the only way to save money). You cannot bundle because the internet service is contracted to AZ Broadband; therefore, you do not truly have Qwest for all 3 of your services and you cannot, therefore, benefit from a bundle package. You do not have any choice on what you use so - You lose since it costs more. I like the look of the complex and the office personnel but am very disappointed with things I found out after moving in. WEVE HAD NOTHING BUT NINE KINDS OF HELL HERE WE LOST SATELLITE FOR 3DAYS BECAUSE BROADBAND BOOBS UNDID THE WHOLE BUILDING CAUSE ONE PERSON DID NOT PAY BILL!!!!!!!!!!!!THE LIST GOES ON AND ON.

So, with this being said. If 'you' are high maintenance and think moving into an 'apartment' complex everything is going to be perfect... BUY A HOUSE, way out in the country even. Because I'm sure you'll complain about your neighbors too, and cars that drive by because you live in a 'CITY', or the HOA that fines you for not trimming your hedges!
