this is a good place to live what i dont understand is that why the management has to lie to new resident indicating that there is cable service, which is not true. Qwest has a monopoly here so they charge you more, $45 per month for high speed internet. the high speed means slightly higher than dial up which you can get from others for $10 per month. Maintenance staff is a little slow but gets there and does the work. Office management is dumber than the dumbest person you know which is very frustrating.

When I moved in I was told that the only option was Qwest.

Get over it! If you want to be cheap, move to the southside of Phoenix. Not every location is going to provide you with exactly what 'you' want. I've run businesses in plaza's that only provide Cox or Qwest. If that's your biggest issue, maybe you should re-organize life's priorities. And personally, I'm in the fitness center, swimming or playing pool in the clubhouse almost everyday and the management is very response and polite. I guess you can't please everyone...

I share my frustration with Qwest. I love the place, but when you have to deal with Qwest on a monthly basis for a system that is down, or for a TV service that doesn't work, it puts a dent on your day. Even going to the pool doesn't help me vent my frustration. And sadly, the staff doesn't help. They're nice, but not helpful. And it's not about being chep, it's about getting what you pay for. I don't like being ripped off.
