We've been here for over a year and half, and other than a few annoyances, it's been a fair value for the money. One note - the apartments are ageing, as we experienced when our water heater blew up. There are / were no spares, so we had to wait 3 days for hot water. They offered to let us use a model apartment to shower in which I guess is ok, but not what was expected. The appliances are showing their age too. Carpet' Make sure they replace it, and not clean it. Ours was cleaned only - at move in.... didn't know about the former tenents pets until the huge black stains came up, tried to clean it, waste of time and money.

But in all, not a bad place to live, we will start looking for homes to rent instead of renewing next year, but remember these are apartment homes, not houses.

What really bothers me - is when I tried to post a review my IP address is being blocked. (Im connected thru Qwest in the community) which I find really bizzare. Almost like they don't want any bad postins. So I had to use a friends computer to post this.

As for other peoples posts - I'll agree on the manager, she is sorely lacking in people skills and problem resolution. Aces on the staff, their what makes dealing with the office tolerable. Maintenance crew - outstanding given what they have to work with. Parking is ok, being next to a wash presents the huge bugs during the summer so if you have bug phobia, pick a unit away from the wash side.

So thats about it for my 2 cents worth. In all, yes there are cheaper places, and more expensive ones as well. It was convenient for me, and quick to move in, so it met my needs at the time - given the housing market downturn, lot's of homes coming available for rent so that will be my next stage.
