NO WAY EVER!! DONT MOVE IN!! YOU ARE MAKING A TERRIBLE MISTAKE!

First, the staff is sooo rude. Never address your concerns. The office manager is the worst of all and her staff reflects that. The apartments themselves are so cheaply built. The tile is so tacky and cracked and is not even at all. It has the "ripple affect". The towel racks in our apartment were old and were placed on the walls using only tape(of course we found this after moving in). The checklist that the maintenance crew uses before new tenants move in is a joke because they obviously do not follow it. The apartments have No fans or lighting(which is a joke in Arizona). We were shown a model that is NOTHING like the actual apartment that we live in. The model was nice and looked to be well maintained but the actual apartments are very old and rundown. The cabinets are cheap, the dishwasher is old, and the microwave belongs in an RV. The sink fills with the water from the dishwasher when in use and we have been told that this is just the way that it works. Cool but not true. The dishwasher water is NOT supposed to back up into the sink. The noise in unbelievable. We can hear EVEYTHING in the partments around us. There is no privacy because the walls are not insulated and are paper thin. There is NO parking. the security gates are a joke. They are so loud and they are always broken down. It makes no sense to even have them if they don't work. Also, the cheaply built wall does not even cover the entire complex so people wondering out on the canal banks at night have free access and free roam of our homes and our belongings. And our families!! We have had a break in to one of our vehicles and the other suffered over $1100.00 in damages to it while parked towards the front of the complex(since there is no parking near our homes). The office response to this was "oh well, thats not our problem. we are not the ones who broke your car." Rent in this place is so high. $1350.00 for some of us and they cannot even provide reasonable parking or safekeeping for our vehicles and for ourselves. I urge you to reconsider before moving here. They know that once you sign that lease it doesn't matter how they treat you or what kind of condition your new home is in.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

I agree with the last two. I lived here for a year without making a payment. The staff is rude and maintaince are "special." I had an ant problems the whole time I was there and basically had to tell off the B___ce to get it resolved. He tried dumb me down about situation. Dumb F***, You fix toilets, I have a very respectable job that makes more then twice his salary. I had to make sure he understood that I pay his salary a if there is anything that put my family in danger, it is against the law. I told him if an ant bite my child, I would make sure he will be unemployed. Lord behold, the issue was fixed. They post 24-48 hour notices two weeks out and can't tell use what time they will be entering my house. I let them know to give me a call before hand but they refuse. I advised them that I have a gun and if anybody enters my house without notice will be shot. It is legal..... The office manage has issues and tries to degrade you every time there is an issue. Again, I had to set her in place to get things resolve. PLEASE RUN. Yet the apartments are nice, but is not worth the 1000 plus a month. Rent a house!!!!!! This will save you a headache.
