I have lived here since 2002. When I moved in the community was still with the original company that built the apartments. I must say that I am slightly suprised at some of the comments on here. Yes I agree with some of them. I do occasionally hear my neighbors, but I have never lived in an apartment where you don't. I also agree with the Qwest issue, however I do not blame the apartments, I blame Qwest and their horrible customer service. Any issues I have had in my apartment are always attended to promptly and resolved. I have seen alot of complaints on here about the staff being rude. The people that are in the office have all been there for probably 2 years and I would say are very courteous. When the community was run by the other company it seemed like every month there would be multiple new faces. It has been my experiance being in the customer service industry that most of the people that complain are usually upset that they did not get their way. On the other hand people that are happy do not usually take the time to express their gratitude. On that note if you understand that it is an apartment not a house that you own, I think you will be more than happy here. The amenities they offer are spectacular and the Cares team Jeff and Secily are probably the 2 nicest people I have ever met. As for the pool remodeling going on, let me just say I would rather them remodel than let the community get worn out and unsightly and its "JANUARY" people. Its not like they have the pool closed in July.
