WE MOVED HERE IN AUGUST OF 05 UNTIL OCT 07.WE ONLY RESIGNED A LEASE BECAUSE I HAD TO HAVE MAJOR SURGERY AND COULD NOT MOVE THEE MONTH WE WERE SUPPOSSED TO .WE HATED IT.THE OFFICE STAFF IS DUMBER THEN A BOX OF ROCKS.THE APT WAS HOT IN SUMMER DUE TO SHODDY INSULATION AND CHEAP AC UNIT.OUR ELECTRIC BILL WAS TERRIBLE AND WE HAD ONE BEDROOM .THE CARPET WAS JUNK,THE TILE IN THE BATHS WAS CHEAP INDUSTRIAL PEEL N STICK.WE DIDNT EVEN HAVE A MEDICINE CABINET.THE APT WAS TERRIBLE THE DAY WE MOVED IN.WE COULD NOT SEE THE APT BEFORE WE MOVED IN SO WE WERE STUCK.THE BATH TUB LOOKED LIKE ACID HAD BEEN POURED IN IT.NOT ONE WALL HAD BEEN PAINTED,THE APPLIANCES WERE WORE OUT AND HAD BIG DENTS IN THEM.THE DISH WASHER WAS LITERALLY FALLING OUT OF CABINET, ALL THE SCREWS WERE MISSING.THE LAZY MAINTENENCE GUY DIDN'T EVEN CHANGE THE FILTHY AIR FILTER.THE LIST GOES ON THEN THE INEPT OFFICE GANG HAD THE NERVE TO RAISE THE RENT TO OVER A 1,000 A MONTH. DO NOT RENT HERE YOU WILL SOON HATE IT TOO!!!!!!!!!!!

it's funny that you would say the office staff is "dumber then a box of rocks" ... (wrong then.. should be than) there are so many errors in your review that i would recommend your opinions be disregarded. i just signed my lease here. it is possible that the management has changed hands since you were there. but the apartment is quite nice. and it is VERY affordable, especially considering the location and amenities. Oh and.. A LOT of apartments do not have medicine cabinets. get over it.
