I don t care what all the other reviews say. I moved in Nov of 08 so it s been about 5 months on a 9 month lease. We had several issues happen regarding door locks not working, a pipe burst in a wall but this is life it happens. But the part I like is when the call went in for help there was immediate response. Everything was fixed hassle free in no time. The maintenance staff is friendly and knows what is going on. It s a very clean property. It safe no visible crime. I live on 2nd floor. There is no noise issues with other apartments except if you hear people talking outside or in a garage but nothing to complain about. I have a garage below my apartment so it helps with noise (not having any unless I make it)
