Park on Olive
< | >
I am a current resident and when I first moved into my loft in September it seemed real nice. However every month I found a scorpion in my apartment I complained every month and all they did was spray and cut the tree in my yard. One day there was a scorpion 1 foot away from my 9 month old child after that I had to demand to be moved to a 3 bedroom. I have not found a scorpion yet but now there are ants and roaches like crazy. For the Cost of rent and the fact that they dont seem to care much about their residents I would say go somewhere else.

With all the construction going on over by there it will only get worse. If you still live there I suggest moving or complaining to higher authorities. I moved out of my 3 bedroom in February and have not had any issues at my current residence and for the price of the apartments for 100-200 more a month you can rent a house.
