Years at this apartment: 2007-01-01 - 2007-01-01
These are older apartments and aren't in the greatest of conditions.
The office manager is a sour-faced old lady with an equally sour personality.
The community rules are not enforced equally.
The office manager tried to have me evicted for my patio chair being two inches in front of my sliding glass door, but did not do anything to the apartment several doors down from me who had there patio table in front of thier sliding glass door.
I had to call coporate office to get the discount that I qualified thru my employer for this apartment and the office manager has not been happy about it the whole time I've lived here.
I put in maintence requests when I moved in for minor things like a broken closet handle and a ripped screen and they have never taken care of those things.
I found out from a neighbor that the carpet was NOT replaced after the previous owner moved out and that resident had dogs and cats.
I have a baby and was not happy to find this out.
Moving in was a hassle in the first place and living here has been a hassle.
There is no assigned parking and I rarely get to park within 50 feet of my apartment.
I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
