-SCORPION INFESTED
-NOT well maintained
-RENT always going up, and nothing ever done for the residents
and that is not all
I have been a resident at these apartment for over 2 years now and I would not recommend them to anyone. It was appealing at first with the small front yards and the single level apartment, but don't let that fool you. There has been 4 different managers since Ive moved in, and they've all been terrible, but the one they have now is the worst, she's so snobby and really rude, and that was a G rated description of her. She also does nothing. The rent has gone up every time I renew my lease and they can't even update the park so it's safe for the kids. On the upside, the maintenance guys are nice, and they try their best. Rent a house, youll be paying about the same without all the headache.

My boyfriend lives here and they are decent and I love the yard and single level aspects (no neighbors upstairs/downstairs) I have heard of several neighbors talking about scorpions and there was one right outside his front door and there are lots of other bugs outside but I have never seen anything but a couple ants inside his apartment. Overall he has not had any problems in the past 2 years here and I have not seen anything that I would say are deal breakers here. Neighbors are ok. Would be great to have more activities for residents but office staff has been nice. Pool is nice. Grounds are not bad either. individual yards could be kept up more and would be nice for management to enforce that a bit but other than that I would say for the price its a decent place and a nice neighborhood. No major complaints.
