Years at this apartment: 2006-01-01 - 2009-01-01
I've been here going on 3 years and I've seen a lot of changes.
This community isn't the newest, doesn't have the most amenities and definately not where all the people hang out.
They are affordable and have been much nicer than the apartments around the area.
The school bus drops off my kids right by the office which is very convenient for me.
The management changed earlier this year and most of the problems that were around in '08 have been fixed.
The new people in the office are great! We just had a community yard sale this weekend and we all got to meet our neighbors.
This has been the first time I've seen something like this put on by any apartments I've lived at.
The apartments are big, the community is relatively quiet, plenty of parking and the staff is very helpful.
I've already had my sister move in to another apartment here and she likes it too.
Like I said, it's not the newest, but a lot of the people have lived here a long time.
