I lived here and I am so glad I moved when i did, staff was a joke these women know nothing, not helpful in any way and generally a pain to deal with. Maintenance if you can call it that was a lack luster guy who did nothing right, big joke as well. Overall the buildings are falling apart and all staff does is path up work here and there to cover things up and not a good job at that. The apartments are not clean unless you clean them and the whole place smells! The only part that looks good is around the office building so they will never take you to far from it, the pools are semi cleaned, and only one pool works, but try to get them to tell you that! Worst part of Peoria, police is always called to this area.
