Honest Evaluation after 2 years From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I lived there for almost 2 years. It's visually a nice place, but the noise can be an issue, the apartments back up to the 101. Traffic around the apartments suck too, but they are within walking distance of a lot of good restraunts, movie theatre, sports complex, etc. The office staff is friendly, if not always diligent about resolving problems. Be careful if you're not planning on fulfilling your rental agreement--they'll SLAM you with fees for breaking the lease. --WARNING--They are selling the management company to a new group - so fair warning, these ratings may not apply to the new management after October 2004.
