I have lived here for 1 year. To start, the apartments are very nice and for the most part so is the landscaping. You are close to everything (restaurants, shopping mall, highway). Unfortunately the 24 hr maintance repair is untrue, mostly because they only have 2 repair men that probably run around all day. As for unwanted guests, if you live on the first floor, expect to find about 100 crickets in your apartment and on your patio, also wolf spiders:(. And if you need to use the business office, take a number because you will be waiting for a good 45 minutes everytime!! As for pets, don't get one, you will probably not be able to keep them condsidering they don't put the restricted breed list in your lease. For the most part, appearance wise, it is nice. Would I renew my lease, no. Also, they seem to be letting younger, party people into the community and doesn't make me feel 100% safe.

what do you mean letting younger party people in. did they ask you for your age and a list of things you plan to do at your apt on your off time. i don't think so. if young people scare then move to sun city!
